1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or purchasing from thatbrownnerd.com (the "Site"), operated by TBN Digital Enterprises LLC, doing business as That Brown Nerd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our Site.

2. Custom Print-on-Demand Merchandise & Fulfillment

All apparel, headwear, bags, drinkware, and stickers sold on thatbrownnerd.com are custom made-to-order via our automated fulfillment partner, Printful, Inc. When you complete checkout, your order is automatically transmitted for production and direct shipping to the delivery address provided.

3. Pricing, Payments & Billing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Payments are securely processed via Stripe Checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the full order total, including any applicable shipping or taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship to the United States and Canada (and select international destinations where available). Production typically takes 2–5 business days prior to shipment. Estimated delivery windows are provided for convenience; we are not liable for carrier delays, customs processing, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items Policy

Because each product is custom printed and fulfilled on-demand specifically for your order:

• Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. Please email contact@thatbrownnerd.com with your order reference and clear photos of the issue, and we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our expense.
• Buyer's Remorse / Sizing Exchanges: Because items are made to order, we do not automatically accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review product sizing carefully before ordering.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including the "That Brown Nerd" brand name, "茶色 NERD" emblems, character illustrations, logos, video clips, graphics, and text—is the exclusive intellectual property of TBN Digital Enterprises LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, counterfeiting, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBN Digital Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products; our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) at issue. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
